All orders are carefully packed in our distribution center and delivered to your delivery address within 7 to 14 days.

First, be sure to protect them from direct sunlight and excessive moisture, as these elements can damage the wood over time.

Then, use maintenance products specially designed for wooden furniture to clean and nourish the material, avoiding harsh chemicals. Wipe your furniture regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and avoid abrasive sponges that could scratch the surface.

By maintaining your blankets and cushions properly, you can preserve their beauty and durability.

To wash them, favor a hand wash or a delicate machine cycle with cold or lukewarm water.

Use a mild detergent specially formulated for delicate fabrics and avoid the use of harsh bleaches.

After washing, gently squeeze out excess water without twisting or wrinkling the fabric, then air dry flat or hung in a well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight.

Avoid machine drying, as this can damage the delicate fibers.

Fiber cement statues: in order to preserve your statues over time and as long as possible, we advise you to apply a concrete varnish (also called water repellent) and this every year in the autumn period.
